Our room seemed as if it wasn't cleaned, our toilet had a wad of hair in it when we got there and did not flush throughout our stay, we were out of pretty much all room essentials (kleenex, hand soap, conditioner etc.)

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone visiting La Crosse.
Negatives:
We called the morning of our check-in day and asked what time we could check in. The staff told us 1:30 would be just fine. So we find parking, bring all our stuff in, and then we're told we couldn't check in until 2:30. So we leave with all our stuff again and wait an hour to check in. Once we checked in, we saw the sheets had hair and stains on them. We asked for new sheets and left for dinner. When we returned, we noticed the pillows had been moved around, but the sheets were not changed. We went back to the front desk and told the staff what happened and she assisted us right away with new sheets and a complimentary drink coupon. Overall, the obscene price we paid ($280 total) for one night was absolutely not worth the money for incorrect check in times and uncleanliness. The rooms themselves also were quiet outdated with stains in the bathrooms and scuffed up walls.
