The location is key as it is downtown. If you are corporate and need accessibility to food, things to do, and business this area is key
Negatives:
Never had to pay for breakfast at a hotel. you will need to pay 25 per day for food. As much as you pay for this room. breakfast should be included at least. Never had to pay for parking..this is 28-38 per night which is insane.

All of the staff was friendly…all staff was helpful and explained every detail of our stay…it was great

No heat, no ice in my floor, paying a lot for self parking, wrong ticket for valet so couldnt call or text ahead for car, gift shop hours arent sufficient, no 24 hr snack area, tv reception not good.
