It was located close to the Historic Third Ward which is the main tourist area which made it very convenient. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and efficient.
Negatives:
Because it is a more budget hotel the rooms are not carpeted and the floors had a weird stickiness to it which I did not love. Would recommend people to bring slippers if they stay.

Breakfast was great and simple. Location was amazing - very easy to walk to all kinds of things/places

parking was not included and was an additional $25 per day if you wanted to be able to go in and out of the parking ramp.

We had a wonderful stay in Milwaukee and our location was perfect
Positives:
The location and good. The coffee was above average for a hotel. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The floor was vinyl. The furniture was cheap. There really wasn't a closet; just a narrow slot with a rod and some coat hooks. The desk was tiny, impossible to work on. The window shade was stuck down. My phone was hacked via the WiFi. Not a good value.
Positives:
No mention of 0 parking options. Checking in took a long time and staff at the front desk was not very friendly. The parking ramp we were advised to park in was not connected or affiliated with the hotel at all. We had to leave early in the morning. It was a long dark walk to the 25.00 parking overnight ramp.
