The room was very clean and up to date. The auto AC was helpful with the keeping the room at a good temperature. The elevator was in full working condition and the laundry being free was a well needed plus being that I have a large family.

Nothing - when I arrived to check in I went completelyv unacknowledged for about 10 minutes while the lady behind the desk - who looked wasted - made herself look occupied staring blankly and mumbling at her computer screen.
Negatives:
At check-in I was ignored, then told by the front desk that they couldn't find my reservation. When I mentioned showing her the confirmation that I received she cut me off saying there were no rooms available. 4 days later- still no follow-up or refund.

The beds were soft. The kitchenette had potential.

Kitchen floor was sticky, oily feeling. We stayed not long, basically just slept there n my husband's socks were black from the floor. A spray bottle and dirty washcloth was left on shower curtain n another dirty washcloth was left under the sink. Rug wasn't vaccuumed and there was wrappers and under the bed, the bed skirt had a stain on it, like ketchup or something. Customer service was not good with the older lady. Robotic forced welcome kinda grouchy and not approchable. Oh and I'm still waiting for my 50.00 deposit. 2 weeks ago was when we stayed there. I would not stay here. It's too bad too cuz this place has potential. If it was cleaner, Itd be ok.

Front desk lady was flustered and disnt know what was happening with the debit machine. Also asked if we had money on our card to pay it because of her error. Took forever to check in. The room was nice but the bed was so close to the wall
