The rooms were just okay. The room said double so I thought I was booking two beds. When we got to the room it had 1 double bed. I was so upset. We had to get a roll away bed. I've stayed at better hotels that only charged a $50 incidental fee and this hotel charges $100. Not worth it. The breakfast was nice.

There wasn’t one thing I could find favorable about the property
Negatives:
The check in person named Lana was absolutely rude to me and then was talking over me to other guests in a totally condescending manner. The ice machines on the whole property were not working and no solution was given. There were not enough towels in the room, it was a double room and when I tried to call the front desk the phones weren’t working, when asked for more towels we were given excuses and waited 15 minutes for them. No lights were working in the parking lot so very dark and not secure.

. Most of the staff was friendly. The male desk clerk was the least friendliest one. The second shift desk clerk was great Alicia the manager did a great job..

Coffee was supposed to be available all day and night and it was, but there were a lot of times there was no cream or sugar. There was no hot water and we were not told that a pipe had burst so that's why we didn't have any. They could have plowed better after the storm. It was a sheet of ice.

Staff was friendly, especially the manager and second shift front desk person. Housekeeping was friendly. I especially liked being able to get coffee anytime I wanted it.
Negatives:
Only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel. Breakfast could offer a little more like sausage gravy and biscuits or waffles. A lot of drug addicts were here, along with the police.

The lobby smelled like marijuana as soon as you come in. I thought it was just someone in passing, but every time we passed through the lobby it smelled. It is interesting how they make you sign a no smoking waiver, but someone is obviously smoking near the lobby.

Overall, really nice place to stay. Very clean and modern. Staff is wonderful. Smells good when walking in and through the building. Didn't feel grossed out when I got into the room. No rugs in room, makes a BIG POSITIVE DIFFERENCE. When looking for a place to stay I ALWAYS check to see if there are rugs in the room. If there is, I will not book there. Just MY personal choice. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here. Would book again and recommend.

No little refrigerator or microwave in room. So basically I have no where
To put drinks or food. One needs that, especially if they're going to stay more than a few nights. Also, only 1 washer and1 dryer for the whole hotel. Which by the way has 3 levels of rooms. Not good. I've stayed at smaller places that had 2 of each for guests.
