The lobby is beautiful, and it was full of Christmas stuff
Negatives:
The service was average, the appetizer crackers in the artichoke dip were stale, breakfast they were setting food trays on the soil bin and the tables weren't clean due to lack of staff. The room we first got had hair and a few badazle beeds on it, smelt of something foul, a used solo cup in it, an unplugged light and the thermostat was set to cool. The room was 64 degrees and they are very outdated rooms for the price.

The holiday l8ghts were right there and it was close to where we wanted to be that night.
Negatives:
1st room had hair and badazle beeds on bed, an old cup on the windowsill, smelt lime feet and the room was set to cool and was 64 degrees. The second room was good besides the heat being off but it was 65 in the room at arrival. Food at bat was stale etc.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The water park was what I expected, noise in the hallway 24/7. My bed had somebody else’s socks stuffed in at the headboard, found those at bedtime. Housekeeping upon request only for a 2 night stay. Garbage piled up inside and outside.
