Every room at Chula Vista Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham offers a microwave, refrigerator and balcony. Some rooms also include a fireplace and a patio. Guests can play 18 holes of golf on Cold Water Canyon Golf Course, unwind with a massage at Spa del Sol or relax poolside in the outdoor cabanas. It wasn’t very clean. There were brown stains on the bunks in the loft. The dish soap smelled like a locker room. Everything from the dressers to the elevators was outdated and needed TLC. The dressers and bunk bed were very worn down. The elevator had what looked like etching on the walls.

The convince of the Waterpark, the restaurants food was good. Each staff member we encountered was very professional, helpful and polite.
Negatives:
The resort restaurants closed too early 9p, there wasn't any vending machines or a light store area to purchase microwavable meals for after hours, gift shop closed at 5p (check in is at 4p so if you needed something, you are out of luck) the room was outdated, the throw on the bed was dirty, the tub was tall need to update, hot tub was out of order, water park was a little chilly.

Some staff were nice seemed ok.
Negatives:
Room didn’t smell fresh or clean. Kids got a terrible rash from swimming. The kiddy pool smelled awful. Took over two hours to get to talk to someone about my kids and how we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or hot tub only for a few hours during a three day stay.

Expensive for simple rooms poor...
Positives:
I liked the Condo, that it had a fireplace in the bedroom, hot tub in the room. It was nice for me with a bunch of teen kids.
Negatives:
Room was not clean to my satisfaction. For the money I paid I do not expect stained sheets on the bed or big hairballs in the shower drain. Very slow elevator. Ice machine near my room was broken. Restaurant at the hotel was gross. Food was not good.

The fact that I was on the top floor and didn't have to hear kids stomping above me.
Negatives:
The rock hard bed, the fact that the microwave couldn't open all they way without hitting the wall, the outlets were weird, some only worked with light switches. The high loft windows blinding me at the ass Crack of dawn with sunlight. ( who wants to wake up at 6am on vacation.... not me)

The room size and location was the best part. The water park is connected by underground tunnel and it was relatively easy to get there from our room.
Negatives:
There wasnt much carpet left but it was still in the two bedrooms. It was disgusting! Stains everywhere, I really grossed out if I looked at it too closely. Every single employee I encountered was miserable and seemed to be extremely inconvenienced.
