Negatives: Rooms were dirty. Pee stained sheet. Moldy shower. No hand soap, front desk said the shipment was delayed.

Negatives: Staff (management) was horrible. The were very unprofessional and understaffed didn't care about anything except not being there. Didn't want to accommodate or find a solution to the situation. Whole group and beyond were disappointed in their stay.

Negatives: Couldnt really think of anything we didnt like. Location was good, staff was excellant and pool was just right after a long day of travel.

Negatives: The side 1st floor door lock was missing and not locked causing security issues. Lights not working on the room and no urgency to replace them when asked. Our room keys needed to be reset several times a day and the tv was not working when we arrived.

Negatives: The window had a window air conditioner stuck in a piece of light weight plastic that left the room very unsecure. If I had been traveling alone, I would have requested another room. The regular air conditioner seemed to be working fine, so I didn't see the point of the window air conditioner.

Negatives: We drove 28 hours arrived and were given one room with one bed for three full grown men. We booked with booking dot com weeks ago and have booking and confirmation emails from you and the hotel separately. It says two rooms and a price for two rooms. They told us they are booked full and they dont have two rooms for us. When we showed them the confirmation emails from both you and them they said theres nothing they can do. No manager was present and she wouldnt even speak to us over phone or offer us any accommodations. Disgusted! We had to find a new hotel after driving 28 hours!!

Negatives: Pretty much everything. Couldnt watch tv shower so dirty we didnt shower. Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. Breakfast looked stale

Negatives: The room was dirty. There was feces on the toilet upon arrival and the bathtub was disgusting. The description said there was a sofa sleeper. But there was not.

Negatives: The wifi was not good.

Negatives: It was all fine

Negatives: I wanted a king room with a sofa for my son to sleep on. That is what the website said. There was no sofa for my son, it was just a chair with an ottoman. We requested another room, she gave us the same option. We asked for another room, we got 2 queen beds. The room smelled like pee. There were stains on both chairs. The sink stopper was broke and I had to pry out the stopper and the handle. There were nasty stains on the shower curtain and black hair (looked like dog hair) all over the bathroom floor. I have never wrote a bad review and I have stayed in some yucky places, but the smell of pee made me want to go sleep in my car. At breakfast the coffee was cold and the eggs were still runny, scrambled eggs are not runny. This place used to be nice.

Negatives: Our first room the fan in the bathroom was very loud, the refrigerator was leaking and the door didnt lock. Our second room the refrigerator didnt work. Our third room the one we stayed in was not vacuumed and the toilet was dirty. In the morning at breakfast twice there was no coffee and it wasnt that busy.
