Negatives: Cockroach was killed at the room door Bed was horrible…so soft we couldn’t keep from rolling together in the hole. We both are allergic to dogs and cats and was assigned a room that had been “pet friendly “ no so much “people friendly “. My wife had to go ask for toilet paper when we got to the room.

Positives: Room was very clean, heater worked great and easy to use. Fridge was very cold, coffee machine and micro worked fine. TV was fine, shower worked well. Lots of lighting with 4 lamps, 2 nightstands, blow-dryer. Decor for a $60 room was actually pretty decent.

Negatives: The building was really old and decrepit, coffee wasn't hot late morning or afternoon. Mattress was pretty bad and barely usable.

Negatives: The room had issues and although we could have been moved the manager said we could just deal with it and as a result we ended up staying elsewhere our last night. They refuse to reply to cs from booking.com to resolve a complaint.
