After Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Staff was very kind and accommodating as we came in extremely late. The room was large, clean full of amenities and an enjoyable shower. The beds were very comfortable and large complimentary breakfast was highly appreciated.

Negatives: The hotel entrance was hard to find as we got lost several times and it's a little bit outside the city. Make sure to find the back road into the hotel beside Ford car company- Don't get stuck on highway 2 and drive many kilometers north like us.
