The person in the front desk was completely useless. He could not find our reservation and he did nothing to help us to find a solution. We arrive at midnight very tired and we could not do our check in. A very frustrating experience for my wife and me.

The room was not quiet as the AC kept turning on every 10mins regardless of the fact that I turned it off. Would not recommend to fellow light sleepers like myself.
