One waitress needed more training in the restaurant. Served us hot chocolate that was cold. My grandson spilt it because the cup was really heavy for him. She never topped our coffee, we asked another waitress on shift. She tried to take our extra ticket when we only had three meals because our one grandchild only ate my toast. Waitress was a bit scattered. The woman that served us the day before for breakfast was a phenomenal server. She was absolutely incredible. Gave her a good tip!

Good facilities and options.
Negatives:
Many kids running and playing up and down the hallways both evenings from 6-12:30 pm. Even playing basketball or something at one point.
Would've liked to rest for work, although I was young once and like when they have a blast.
Just wish I was on a different floor or something if they were going to have a bunch of fun in the hallways and rooms.
Also found a bandage or something in my food one night. Not the end of the world, but a little gross.
