Negatives: The heating did not go past 20 degrees Celsius. it was a chilly da, and AC could not climb past 20 degrees. after three attempts by the staff, a cooling coil was removed, and heating improved, but still not past 23.2 degrees. It was very disappointing that in a place like Calgary (not renowned for tropical weather), the heating in a chilly day in May did not operate properly.
