Positives: My husband and I stayed at this hotel every year for our anniversary. Sadly, my husband passed away this spring so I celebrated our many years together by staying there again this fall, around the date of our anniversary. I had requested a room with a city view as we had enjoyed in the past. When I checked in, I was not given a city view. However, the desk reception staff quickly and graciously changed my room, and helped me move to a room across the hall. They also gave me a free breakfast pass to compensate for the error. I appreciate this is the kind of customer relations service in a business. Having the city view made all the difference in remembering past weekend stays with my husband.
