the food ordered in for room service was pretty terrible. not to mention how long it took for someone to actually pick up the phone to order in. i had to call 5 times just to get the front desk to eventually find someone for me to talk to to order a meal up after arriving. the meat on the sliders was hard and dry and there was no cheese or anything else on them as described. dining in the restaurant was a good experience though, wish room service reflected that too with the price of the food.
fire alarm went off and got woken up and had to stand outside in my pajamas .. not the property’s fault but pretty unfortunate.
