Positives: The receptionist was very rude apparently she was in a hurry to finish her shift and that at that moment another completely friendly person came in and helped me solve my inconvenience but leaves much to be desired the attention and service of her staff in the restaurant 5 minutes after the time my children did not allow them access to the restaurant that because it was already past breakfast time, my children were going to pay for their food but the staff did not give explanations only told them that it was no longer time for breakfast I hope they can solve on my part at least in Calgary I will have to opt for other resorts
