The reception desk staff were the best ever encountered! Upbeat, knowledgeable, made arrangements easily, greeted me daily by name and always went the extra mile. There is a large work surface in room if you're there on business. (however, the lighting is poor) The fitness room is good and the bed is comfortable. The location worked for me as it was near my business dealings. Also, the hotel is kept nicely clean.
Negatives:
The rooms are a little spartan, especially for the price. My biggest complaint is that the evening restaurant is poor and not really a restaurant, but an extension of the bar. I picked this hotel for the convenience of indoor dining because of my tight business schedule. The first night I got there, there were about 5 people in the dining room. I ordered a Ceasar salad with shrimp and mushroom add-ons. While the wait-staff were lovely, it took 45 minutes for the salad to arrive. The shrimp and mushrooms had been fried and were swimming in a bowl of butter. Terrible food. I ordered room service breakfast the next morning to find out that it was mostly from an in-hotel Starbucks and the attendant was crazed and barely got a bag of food to me before I left. I then bought food from a nearby SuperStore only to have it partially frozen and ruined by an out-of-control small refrigerator. The television would periodically go off and had to be rebooted. I told the staff about this, but things didn't det fixed. Also, the handset on the in-room phone didn't work, so I used my cell phone every time I had to contact the front desk. The lighting is poor. especially if not all of your work is on a computer screen. To be fair, the front desk staff compensated me generously for all of the food issues. Loved the staff and cleanliness but would not stay there again.

The best staff, but disappointing...
Positives:
We were there for a work conference, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very good. The breakfast was very nice, probably one of the best lobster Benedicts I’ve ever had. 
We had to take a Lyft to go downtown and to the larger mall as it was not walking distance, but for our purposes, the location was OK .
Negatives:
It was a good stay 
Probably not the best hotel if I were a tourist looking to be in the in the heart of everything
