Made ZERO Effort To Rectify...
Positives:
I liked that the front desk was able to meet my needs as to having our block of rooms together as requested. The 2/3 rooms were clean and tidy. Thought there would of been microwaves in the rooms but there was none.
Negatives:
!/3 rooms, the bedding was stained with dirty boot print. Like someone had walked on the bed with dirty boots. Would have been nice if the rooms had microwaves. The housekeeping team comes through in the afternoon...(not in the morning like most accommodation places.) The pool was clean but I think there may have been a bit much of something in it. (Water came up to my lip and tasted very salty.)

That they lost our booking and didn’t even offer any help. We waited 45 mins for the staff to find our booking and gave us someone else’s room who was also having room issues. I had multiple emails from the Radisson about my stay and we were treated like we were ants. Glad we got a room however it was stressful and not professional especially when all the hotels this weekend were full. Also
Noticed the room was not the cleanest. The shower was dirty and the carpets looks like they have never been vacuumed. I was fine taking the stairs however there elwbatornwas beoken the whole time we were there.
