After driving for 6 hours looking forward to a relaxing hot tub and pool we were told that it was not working? I asked how long had it been down? All week was the response....... then were asked if we still wanted to stay? I said why didn't you send us an email letting us know so we would have the ability to book else where. We received no discount and sent and email to the general manager and have still no response so obviously, I'm not important to them.

This was the 2nd Hampton hotel we stayed in that didn't have a working pool or hot tub. I specifically chose these hotels for that reason as I had three kids.

The breakfast was amazing, room was nice and very clean, breakfast staff were great, location was good.
Negatives:
One particular male front deck staff was super unfriendly, very unhelpful and almost seems like our requests were an annoyance to him.
