Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were concientious, prompt and able to resolve issues during and after check in.
Negatives:
Housecleaning could do a better job of making sure that soap and shampoo dispensers were filled and that extension chords to the night tables are present where there are no electrical outlets.

Good location. It was easy to get around Red Deer. Having the two restaurants so close was nice. When I checked in the staff were so nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to call for staff because the TV wasn't working. It turned out to be a loose connection, but I don't like to play around cable connections.

When I checked out I was expecting to pay for the room, as I had chosen pay at the hotel option. But I was told the payment had already gone through on my credit card.
