The outdoor pool was a big hit. Easy parking. Easy to get to skytrain. Attached to the mall. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Great breakfast in the morning.
Negatives:
No hot tub. No robes in the room for going to the pool. Very expensive for our family. Trip was a special treat for the Grandkids over Spring Break. Unfortunately, will probably not be able to return.

We had an issue between our Booking.vom reservation and the hotel, once the error was brought to their attention they quickly rectified it. The hotel has one of the best breakfasts that is included too, great selection of eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, toast, etc.

The location was perfect for our stay, easy commute and accessible to all shops and fantastic restaurants. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
The towels and the shelf under the sink could use a little bit more cleaning, found strat hair here and there. That’s just to be totally spic and span.
