Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Sunday, Dec 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Dec 1st, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Prestige Inn Golden is proud to be a dog-friendly property. Please note that the only pets we are able to accommodate are dogs and we have limited dog-friendly rooms available. The request must be submitted at the time of booking at which point we will do our best, but cannot guarantee, to accommodate you in a dog-friendly room. Additional fees apply. Any dogs found in a non-dog-friendly room will be subject to fines. Please note, the fitness center is available for guests 19 years of age and older.
