I liked the onsite breakfast, lots of options The swimming pool and jacuzzi Room size and fridge in room liked that there was a bath as well as shower coffee offerings in the reception area were welcome Fab sized television

the duvets on the bed are ridiculously thin for winter months and i had to use extra blanket but only one supplied per room but 2 beds. Air conditioning took ages to warm room up and under floor heating in bathroom didn't work

The breakfast and location were great! The kids enjoyed the pool.

The bed wasnt that comfortable, the noise was crazy. We were on the third floor everytime someone walked above us our tv and the stand would shake.

We had fun as we were up for a hockey tournament but we are exhausted from little to no sleep.

Friendly helpful staff who provided additional items when requested, large lobby with free coffee machine, varied breakfasts with a large breakfast room, large room with amazing view. The hot tub in the pool was warm and clean.

The bigger pool was cold! But this appears to be the same in most hotels.

Great place for a few nights
Positives:
Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and very clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were a lovely addition. Also the inclusive breakfasts offered a very good hot/cold selection in a nice diner style environment that was spotlessly clean and staffed. Also complimentary coffee/tea in the main reception area.

Couldnt fault anything.

Every thing was above my expectations. Breakfast was exceptionally great. Facility was clean and staff are absolutely amazing. One of the staff we met during breakfast was so nice and polite with a very cheerful facial expression. Gym and swimming pool area was great. This will certainly be my go to place when ever I visit Kamloops

It had just one elevator but for the size of the hotel that is okay, its just that I could smell cigarette's inside the elevator which of course is coming from guests who just finished smoking I suppose. There nothing the hotel can do about that
