Positives: The staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming. The restaurant was delicious. They even waived my parking fee because I had an EV and helped me plug it in for free. Would definitely stay here again!

Positives: location perfect and the restaurant food was great.

Negatives: The hotel is tired and dated. Bed clean and comfy but the rest of the room was just ok. Windows and deck need cleaning and maintaining. Phone not working in room. Had to get card keys re-programmed 3 times as they kept deactivating. Signage poor. When in lobby there is no sign for elevator. Pool gate no signage for exit button so guests were getting up to help each other enter and exit.

Positives: Extremely nice chain hotel in the very centre of Kamloops. It's recently been refurbished and I was very pleasantly surprised. The room itself was great with an extremely large and comfortable bed. Having stayed in many chain hotels this is one of the better ones.
