Positives: The staff on arrival was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. There is a park next door, which is nice when traveling with a pet. The Tim Hortons is right next to the hotel, which is easy for breakfast.

Negatives: There was quite some outdoor noise; I am unsure if this came from the hotel or the building next door. There was a pet fee, but there was no welcome bag, unlike other hotels.

Positives: We have stayed their on many occasions, staff has always been great , its , clean and a convenient location We wanted to have a relaxing evening in the room , the TV didnt work , we asked for help he came and checked it out , we could still only get 2 channels I was told I had to pay $100. Damage deposit which isnt a problem Was told it wouldnt be charged to me credit card unless damage was done . My card was charged for the room , plus charged for the room again with the damage deposit , now I have to see if I can get them to credit me back the $240+ charge on my card I find things like this frustrating

Negatives: I like to have a person check me in, Im not sure if it was self check in But we had to ring several times Now Ive been overcharged and have to deal with getting my money back
