Positives: Clean comfortable hotel. Centrally located 2 blocks to main transit cross station. Train to airport and fraser valley, sea bus terminal, helijet terminal and Harbour air. High end shopping nite clubs blocks away. Both stadiums a $10 uber ride.

Negatives: Price was very high for value. I was first provided a room that was not a suit (which I booked a 1 bedroom suite they tried to provide me with a half wall separating bed and living room. Please Vancouver delta stick to the room booked or upgrade instead of trying to downgrade. Especially with families.

Positives: Restaurant food was great. Reception desk staff & concierge were extremely helpful. Room was like being at home.

Negatives: Location was scary with the homeless & addicts sitting right on the benches outside the drop-off/ pick-up door. Not used to having security unlock the front street door to let you out & in. Had we known about this situation we wouldn't have booked at this location & won't in the future.
