Reception desk staff & concierge were extremely helpful.
Room was like being at home.
Negatives:
Location was scary with the homeless & addicts sitting right on the benches outside the drop-off/ pick-up door.
Not used to having security unlock the front street door to let you out & in.
Had we known about this situation we wouldn't have booked at this location & won't in the future.

small bedroom plus sofa bed room. Cramped, sofa bed lounge area. Once you pull out the bed, you can’t do anything else in lounge. it blocks the fridge, desk, etc. plus sofa bed was not good. would not stay in room 1001 again.
