Location excellent for all sights in Downtown Vancouver
Negatives:
Two people booked into this room for 2 nights but only 1 wax coffee cup, no tea bags and only 1 bath towel. Tried to sell us an upgrade to a bay/sea view which basically only partially existed. Declined but bad practice.

Positives:
Location was great for us, being 7 minutes walk with luggage, from the Waterfront train station. This way we could get the subway train directly from the airport. Coming from Australia we needed a few days to catch up with our sleep and the bed was very comfortable for this purpose. The staff were extremely friendly and rapidly responded to our requests for cups, bowls. dish washing clothes etc.
Negatives:
The only feature we did not like was the fact that the kitchenette was missing some essential items like breakfast bowels, ceramic coffee mugs, dish washing sponges.
