beautifully renovated room and view. the person who helped us at check in was great.

some staff could use a refresher on service. had to really fight for a 30 min late checkout to 11:30. no extra umbrellas. yes there was one in the room but there are 2 of us and it rains reasonably regularly. attitude of a couple of staff members was not service oriented.
