Most of the Delta Hotel locations are very comfortable and nice. I would have to say the Whistler location is the "worst" in terms of cleanliness. I stayed at here once before and the suite was just awful. It smelled "musty"... possibly a former smoking room or allowed pets? Thought I'd give them another chance and booked for a 2 bedroom suite. Well, the layout was so terrible! Separate entrance for the 2nd bedroom with TWIN beds. What's worse was the way the doors opened. We kept hitting the doors and walls! My large bed had dirty sheets and the sofa and dining chairs were just covered in STAINS! That's pretty disgusting. Definitely won't be a 3rd stay at this location! Not worth $600.00 a night!

Delta Hotels consistently has the friendliest staff, from check-in, concierge, bell hop and cleaning staff! Professional and always smile!
