Positives:
That i could see my vehicle which was very important to me. Bed was comfortable. Toilet top was not on the correct way.
Negatives:
That the staff member didn't tell me where the stairs were as my room was upstairs. She knew that I had very expensive equipment and didn't tell me that the stairs were on the other end at the back were my room was. The cost of the room was the wrong price and I had to correct her on the cost. I had to prove to her that the price was wrong as she was sure that her price was right even tho she I proved to her that her price was wrong. She did correct the price afterwards.
