The acoustics in the bar area was very loud. Couple beside us both sent their meals back:"both cold." So we ate at the nearby restaurant.

I had paid for breakfast to be included via booking website and on arrival found it was not included. The room we were provided was not what i requested/paid for. Again, all issues via 3rd party booking is what I was told. Otherwise the staff were nice and everything was clean, however the creature comforts (things that make travel less stressful) were lacking.
Negatives:
Things were lacking (soap, cups, coffee in the rooms) and were overpriced if you had to acquire them from the hotel.
