Positives: Everything was wonderful. The Staff at the hotel was exceptional. Most notably the people at the front desk and at the pool.

Positives: The waterslide was fantastic and the front desk staff were very helpful. The March break activity room was great! We felt our dog was very welcome.
Negatives: The room was smaller than I expected. The Triiio restaurant staff was hit or miss. Some were great and some were not. There was a bit of confusion with the wait staff when we ordered. Also, we did not have houseboats to use as advertised.

Positives: It was in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
Negatives: Upon leaving the check-in desk, we saw an escalator up to what we thought was the second floor. Our room was on the second floor so we took the escalator up, only to end up in a large gala where we we had to push through to get to any sort of exit. We got onto an elevator which turned out to be a staff elevator. It went to the basement and then back to the gala. We were escorted out by a staff member who thankfully helped us get to the actual second floor. I felt like all of this could have been avoided if the check-in person would have told us not to take the escalator and pointed to where the guest elevator was. Our room smelled like it had been sitting damp? For a while. Like an old damp towel. The temperature in the room was very hard to regulate, we were either freezing or sweating.

Positives: I was promised a full refund on the cancelation for a mistake Marriott did. I had booked for one night stay and changed my check-in date from Saturday to Friday and somehow they kept my booking for Saturday and was charged. The lady I spoke on the phone from Marriott made an error by booking an extra night when I asked for a change of reservation and when she caught her mistake she told me there was nothing I could do and have to contact booking.com, which I did and they contacted Marriott and I thought the issue was resolved. When I arrived to the hotel I asked if the error was fixed on their end and it wasn’t but they told me they would cancel with no charge because I had change my reservation and not booked an extra night.
Negatives: That they promised me they would not charge me for the mistake they did.
