Location, perfect for commuting around the city. Easy access to my room, the hotel had a pool.

mould in the bed , dirty including walls, bath with mould also. The bed frame had also mold. Cleanliness was not present. Coffer maker was not even cleaned. Worst hotel I have to stay. Staff offered another room, much cleaner but still not worth it

Why do you use this type of establishment ? Unbelievable experience. Read the commentaries of the clients 2 and 3 months before . Bed bugs included in there . PLease take time to read them also.

Just plain gross - hair & dirt on the sheets was enough to gross my wife & I out. The communication after the fact was worse as I was told I could get some reimbursement-all I got was silence. Their Corporate Cust Service would not help either.

Staff was away both times we went to the desk. Room booked was king bed, room received was 2 doubles. Staff uncaring and unhelpful. Hotel chosen for pool and hot tub.. pool area was closed. Toilet didn't flush. Left after less than 3hrs. Horrible

Terrible hotel. Dirty room. Stained towels. Toilet broken had to flush 3 times. Shower terrible. Bathroom door wouldn't close. TV didn't had to go to front desk. Cleaning staff didn't clean room.

The location is very good near in restaurant, convenient store, grocery and accessible to the bus. And also there a complimentary breakfast.
Negatives:
When we are there dated sept.16 to sept.20 the swimming pool still not fix my son like to go to swim and have fun but sadly he cannot because is not fix. And I just saw one cockroach at the washroom.

Housekeeping staff, very good. Quiet location. Swimming pool.
Negatives:
Front desk staff could not accommodate both of us/guests on the ground floor. He said there are no rooms on the ground floor with 2 beds. Person with a handicap has to go up and down the stairs. A good neighbor helped us with suitcases on check out date.

Liked that there's a balcony and floor level options. Good ice machine.

The TV in my room didn't work. By the time we got back to the hotel and wanted to watch it, no one was around to fix it. The stairs to the pool look very scary and grimey.
