Overpriced, overcrowded, due to simultaneous events.
I forgot to book breakfast when I booked the Hotel, $19,51 CAD in Booking.com.
After arrival I tried to include breakfast during the six days of sojourn.
The front desk, sent me to talk with the Restaurant manager about the price to pay.
The manager, rudely, and with a bad attitude, asked for $32 CAD, when at the opposite side of the road, in a bakery, I paid $13 CAD average.
This gentleman is throwing to the gutter, the Hotel reputation.

Overpriced Hotel.
Positives:
Clean and friendly. The hotel lobby was lovely.
Negatives:
Fan in the bathroom didn’t work . A very small insignificant problem was the light switch for the bathroom. It was on the outside and behind the bathroom door. lol lol . Just couldn’t get used to it . But that was my problem not the hotels.

Positives:
Great location & harbour views, swimming pool, nice restaurant, taxis outside, Rosewood spa.Good food in restaurant- helpful & friendly restaurant staff. Good size fridge in room & bottled water provided. Can walk to many nice spots in the area, only 10 min walk to Belbins grocery store- love this shop.
Negatives:
The carpets are a bit worn & in room 242 was quite stained. The bedside lampshades need renewing. I don’t like the coffeemakers- would prefer option of having a kettle & bring own coffee. The coffee machine was out of action in the restaurant so only filter available- wasn’t very good. The standard lamp in 241 didn’t work- ? Problem with lamp rather than plug socket as the iron worked ok in it. Also I think there is ? Mould on the curtains for the round window. The ironing board covers need renewing as elastic holding them on has gone. I wish hotels would have guest laundry as service is too expensive & prefer washing own clothes. A problem if away for more than a few days. I know this is not standard in most hotels. Is there a microwave for guest use anywhere? Would be handy.
