The girl at front desk was very helpful.
Negatives:
Dirty room . Uncomfortable bed. No fan in bathroom. Mattress cover on the left front corner had a big brown stain on it. Gummy substance on desk with lamp on it wouldn't come off. Bad BO smell on the chaise lounge chair. Mark's on wall and front foyer ceiling.

Its a bit pricey. Its a layover hotel so over $200 is extreme. No onsite restaurant or bar you have to go next door.

Staff, flexibility on late check out, gluten free options at breakfast, although we didn't use that. Take out options for food, available microwave meals in the small store in the lobby, option to eat in the Hilton next door.
