Positives: The hotel staff was helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was well located in downtown and close to the harbour and great restaurants within walking distance.

Positives: The beds and pillows are simply the best. Great night's sleep. The staff are kind and helpful. There is a restaurant in the lobby which does good food.
Negatives: Difficult to access the hotel due to road works. The taxi can't get near so you have a walk with bags.

Positives: As only staying one night location not such a priority but if staying longer would not have chosen this hotel. Unfortunately wasn’t helped by having major roadworks outside room. However room bed etc very comfortable and clean.
