Positives:
The location is excellent for the intended purpose of our travel. We appreciated that a breakfast was included with the price of the stay. Really liked the bathroom and what it had to offer.
Negatives:
We did not use the elevator for duration of the stay as I had a very undesirable odour. The sofa bed was not comfortable whatsoever. The springs protruded through the sheets which resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep. The sofa bed needs to be replaced with a new one. The hotel was hosting people with children for sports tournaments. The children were running in the halls after 11:00 pm which was unacceptable. This made it difficult for sleep. We had 3 people staying in the room and insufficient towels were provided; we had to ask maid for more. The price for one night was a little excessive considering we did not have the most comfortable stay.

Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and warm. Temperature was adjustable so we cooled it down at night. Staff were friendly.
Negatives:
Breakfast was on the cool side, but there was plenty to choose from and I rate it pretty good.
