Positives: Location is excellent. entrance a little confusing.

Negatives: room was in awful shape - wires hanging from TV, wallpaper peeling off, one TV remote dead. Showed desk clerk pictures and they didn't want copies. Young boy and his dog left stranded by staff in fire evacuation. Staff left us to care for him and find his folks.
