Negatives:
I left my samsung tablet at the hotel. Called the hotel and ask whether they could help to arrange for transport as I was already at the airport. "We do not do such service" that was the response. I then ask whether they could help in arranging for courier (I was willing to pay for the courier). "We do not do such service", again that was the response. I then ask whether they could propose some courier companies as I was a foreigner and on my way back. "You can just google and arrange for the courier. We will keep the device, until you confirm what is the arrangement". That is why such rating has been given.

Comfortable, great front desk staff
Positives:
The hotel is very clean. I find it very quiet at night which makes it great for sleeping. There is a restaurant called Bar Mason that is inside the hotel next to the lobby. There is a large lounge area across the front-desk where you can sit down and chill. They provide free bottled water. There is a shopping plaza that is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel called the Campus Estates Shopping Centre where you can grab breakfast, lunch, or whatever else you need.
Negatives:
The Bar Mason restaurant offers a small selection of food and they are expensive. I don’t recommend eating here if you are travelling on a budget. The hotel does not provide free breakfast.
