It does not look like a 4 stars at all. The room had indeed a view if the port, but the terasse in front of the window was in such state of disrepair that it was better not to look through it. The room was smelly and everything around was old. The behaviour of the personnel was at the limit of politness. There is no buffet breakfast and when I wanted to see where the breakfast is served before deciding whether to eat there or not, the personnel did not allow it. Overall, my stay was an unpleasant experience, from their first message announcing me that there are construction works ongoing every day and "they count on my cooperation" not to complain about the daily noise and the closed facilities till the moment I cheched out.

Location, easy to get to the waterfront boardwalk, easy access to inside parking as we had our bikes in our car. View from our bedroom. Complimentary Starbucks coffee in the morning.

Nothing, everything was perfect. We even notice plant in the underground parking, it shows management thinks about every details.

The staff were friendly. The food view was spectacular.

The soundproofing of our rooms was not the best. We were next door to dogs that yelped / barked and woke us all up early. The price per night was outrageous and in my opinion was price gouging over university weekend, an already expensive and emotional time for families, yet you felt it was appropriate to more than double the price per night. Also the additional parking fee of $30 per night, when you are already paying nearly $800 per night is ridiculous.
