We are currently renovation our lobby therefore Front Desk has been relocated. Entrance to the hotel is now through the doors on Waterloo Street.

Our stay at the hotel itself was wonderful. The immediate area around the hotel gives one a sense of being unsafe. This is not anything the hotel or its staff can control and is an unfortunate consequence of how downtown London has experienced urban decay.
