The hotel pool was gross, and the elevator was also gross. The room was clean except for the walls.
1 of our pillows was yellow stained (also gross).
They did provide a new pillow when asked.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Elderly folks having to walk down four flights of stairs because their elevator didn't work. I was locked out of my room several times during my 2 night stay. Absolutely garbage. Steer clear traveller's.
