Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Negatives: I was not use to the $20/day parking fee. But this is quite normal in tourist towns.

Negatives: I have stayed at this location many times - at least 4 times in last 4 months and more prior to then. This timexwas disappointing. Was in far building, had to go down street to small parking lot in behind. Key card wouldnt open door. Had to walk up dark street to other entrance and backtrack to my room. Hot water took long time to get warm, nightstand light was broken, room was much smaller than any other time id stayed and was same price. If I return I will state main building only!! Reported concens and was just told thsnks Ill let maintanance know, no apologies or acknowledgement that it was inconvenient.

Negatives: The fridge was not working properly and the A/C is way too loud!!!???

Negatives: The carpet in our room was soaking wet. Room 229. That is a mold concern. Carpet was coming up by the door. You can tell it’s been that way for a while

Negatives: no available complementary toothpaste

Negatives: 1) staff unable to find our reservation. They finally figured things out after about 25 minutes. 2) had to call down to the front desk after getting settled in our room because the toilet didn’t work properly 3) locked us out of our room the next day because they “thought” we were only there for one night (we had prepaid for two nights) 4) when checking out, they couldn’t find our reservation (again). Each time we had to go to the front desk, I was asked for a credit card to charge the room. I explained again that the room had been paid for when I booked it weeks before. I had to supply them with confirmation on my phone to prove that we had paid for it previously. I had to do this on three separate occasions at the hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Mistakes happen and it was understandable the first evening when we arrived and there was a problem with the reservation, but this should’ve been a one time issue. It should not have caused problems for our entire stay.
