AC was great, and the beds were comfortable

No breakfast included, bath towels were small, had to bring your small bath towel to the pool and go to front desk to get more. Didn't get notified that the college got a group deal until the week before the event and we booked our room months earlier hotel policy is prepay and no refunds so we paid double for the room and they refused to give us any compensation since we paid so far in advance; not even like half off a second night. I am very disappointed in this service as I frequent Best Westren Hotel often, and my best friend is moved to North Bay.

The room i stayed in smelt like pure sewage , there was dead bug behind the night stand , the hotel manager was extremely rude with no care what so ever. Not a good environment to have a pregnant wife and 6 year old in. Do not stay here in my opinion
