Negatives: A little dated.Room was dusty.

Negatives: Bathroom may need a reno, but was overall clean and in good order.

Negatives: We are family with 2 small kids, booked this hotel because they have pool and hot tub to spend some time on Thanksgiving long weeked. After booking, I sent a msg to the property that we are coming with 2 dogs and would like ground level room. At the check in theybsaid they dont have ground level so we got 2nd floor room. The elevator area is very small, you have to open 3 doors with your baby's stroller to get to your room, non of them has automatic push button, people were holding doors for me so I can get out/in. We got to the pool it was super cold in there I asked the lady there if its possible to turn off the vents on top of us because its very cold, she said no its impossible it has to be on. The hot tub was closed because of the cleaning at 7pm while the pool opened till 9. Why dont you clean before or after the hours, why your guests dont get to enjoy the hot tub while staying in your hotel?? We went to the room to warm up so I turned on the heat and omg! It smelled like something burnt inside so i had to turn it off and get downstairs to complain about the smell. The front desk said awe we are sorry it's just because you were the first person to turn it on on heat after a while nobody used the heat (what??? Really?) They offered me a ground level room (now they do have a room for me, yay!) I had to pack everything to move to another room! It was already 9pm. So I had to keep my kids awake to move to another room. They fell asleep around 11pm and of course we missed the breakfast which was open till 10am because everybody were sleeping after such crazy evening. In the morning I asked the manager to compensate us for the horrible stay they refused. When I asked why the pool was so cold she said we ordered a heating part but it hasn't arrived yet. Then I asked why the heater in the room was so dirty she said its OK its not that dirty and the smell was not from this.

Negatives: The hotel staff are negligent and flat out lie about what they offer or provide fake resolutions to major issues. Such as maintenance and in room amenities not working like the fridge I had breast milk stored in. I was told the fridge was absolutely fine and even when I pressed the issue I was ignored and told thats how it should be and its complete fine. I was told the freezer compartment worked completely fine. So there I went putting my daughters only source of nutrients in this so called working fridge. Sure enough by the next day it was melted. Making the shelf life of the milk 24 hours is kept refrigerated which I didnt have because it didnt work !!! So I was bake to make a few bottles because thats all I had and get ice from the machine and toss it in a small cooler I had. The rest was trash ! A lot of the thawed milk was already getting to room temperature because the fridge never worked. They checked it and said itll be cold give it a few hours. When that didnt happen I called again. I kept getting reassurance and then finally dismissed and ignored. I asked for the manager and wasnt allowed to speak to them. I had to drive two hours home and get more frozen milk because I was taking medication that I couldnt feed my baby. It was a nightmare and nobody cared Ive tried to reach out to the hotel and they have spat in my face.

Negatives: The location of my room was quite a walk from reception. The U shape of the building makes some rooms too far for older guests.
