The staff at the restaurant at Lot 88, The lady working was very rude to us. She’s very irritable, We’re very polite people and respectful people. Costumer service isn’t her thing. The spa service they have at this hotel wasn’t open as the lady wasn’t working that day. Was hoping to have a spa day with my daughter.

Everything about this hotel speaks of professionalism and comfort! Professional and efficient staff, quiet, clean, well appointed rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The adjoining rooms makes for great family stays. We had the large pool and hot tub to ourselves which was an added bonus that we greatly enjoyed!
We will definitely be back!
