Kamina as a wonderful housekeeper, Sam and Olivia as amazing receptionists, Roberto as a wonderful butler, Donna and Lourdes as amazing hosts at The Orchid. Everybody was so friendly and kind. They made us feel like home.

Positives:
Hotel is very nice and comfortable, including swimming pool and gym. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good, eggs, bacon, fruits, jogurt...just vegetables was missing. The location is very near the airport so it was easy and fast to get to Toronto Downtown (shuttle to the airport and then by train). On the other hand there was noise from the planes and the surrounding was nothing special. But this is not critics, we were aware of that, just saying.

The staff was so "nice" during the breakfast that it was sometimes annoying.
