Positives:
The Location was good. Love the soaking tubs. Quick elevators. Floor was quiet. Was able to sleep well.
Negatives:
The parking situation was confusing. We ended up parking underground and ultimately two buildings away. It’s not marked well and we had to carry all of our bags and luggage really far. 
At Check in, our person did not do a thorough informational speech. Did not explain that we needed our key to be able to access our floor, water tablets, never did find the pool, that some elevators don’t go up to different floors, just not a good job. Luckily, my daughter was with me and was standing off to the side and listened to another front desk worker who explained everything completely and did a great job with other guest checking in. 
We were used to there being a microwave in the room. There was not. They give you a refrigerator, a coffee maker, even a tea pot, but there is not any way to heat anything up.

Positives:
The hotel was beautiful and modern, the location is amazing, the breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were awesome. I was happy to find that the room floors were laminate instead of carpet. The bathtub was also amazing.
Negatives:
The bed is made using a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet and it was really uncomfortable to feel all of the wrinkles while sleeping, since it wasn't a big enough sheet to stay tucked in. Please consider switching to fitted sheets or at least bigger flat sheets that can be tucked in at the top and bottom of the bed.
Also we would have liked to see refill stations for filling water bottles. We went through a dozen bottles of water (which were complimentary and appreciated) and would have been happy to cut down on plastic waste.
