Maybe need to modifty your elevator service as i experienced in this trip to wait at lobby for more than 3mins.
Also, on Aug 10, temporary out of elevator service at 6:30am without prior notice even some notice at floor lobby.

On the website when I was comparing prices, it said that $50 a day valet parking was available or you could self park with not price listed. Self-parking seemed it would be no charge. When we arrived we were told it was $40 a day. I might have selected a different hotel if I had known this. Why list prices of the rooms if you are not going to list additional parking charges. This makes it impossible to compare best value.

The location was very easy to find and I could walk a lot of places. I also loved the beverage options available to guests throughout the day as well as the ease of accommodation for certain items that I needed as a guest.

700 USD for one night in a standard room that has the same poor soundproofing and back alley view as any other hotel, no coffee machine and not a single bonus feature that could possibly justify a price that is entirely algorithm based. I understand price gouging, but there are limits.
